Be Repurposeful!

Shiny and new has its place. But many ODs find that an eclectic look that combines antiques and pieces repurposed for a new life add flair and individuality to their practices.

Sarah Johle, OD, of Hutto, Texas, finds beauty in the juxtaposition of her brand new practice space and old and interesting furniture (photo above). Old wooden wire spools serve as tables. Distressed doors with clothespins attached make for
visually compelling frame displays. The dispensary takes on the quality of a boutique gift shop with lots of spots for customers to stop and look. Read Dr. Johle’s full story here.
