POP-UP POLL: Anything You Can Do, I Can Do Better? – RESULTS

In the most recent Women In Optometry Pop-up Poll, respondents said that generally men and women are equal in their skills and characteristics. Certainly, in all the clinical aspects, the overwhelming response was that there is no difference in the way that male and female ODs approach their careers.

However, some perceptions hold fast that men are better inherently in areas like negotiating and delegating, while women are better at listening to patients and multitasking.
